# Add User Group Roles

`POST /api/access/v2/user-groups/{groupId}/access-levels`

Use this API to add a new role to a user group.

## Path parameters

- `groupId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- PlatformAccessManagementPublicAccessLevelRequest
  - `organizationId` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the organization.
  - `roleId` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the role.

## Response `201`

Access level added successfully

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request data
- `401` — Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403` — Forbidden - Insufficient permissions
