# Delete Organization

`DELETE /api/access/v1/external/organizations/{externalId}`

Use this API to delete an existing organization and move its associated objects to a different organization.

## Path parameters

- `externalId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `targetExternalId` string, required

## Response `200`

- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Organization not found
