# Withdraw

`POST /v1/withdraw`

Submit a withdrawal request. Rate limited per account. For the withdrawal process and timing, see [Withdrawals](/withdrawals).

## Request body

- object
  - `customer_withdrawal_id` string, required — Unique ID for this withdrawal
  - `symbol` string, required — Coin to withdraw (e.g. USDC, SOL)
  - `network` 'avalanche' | 'ethereum' | 'solana', required — Target network (e.g. ethereum, solana)
  - `amount` string, required — Amount to withdraw
  - `address` string, required — Withdrawal destination address
  - `from` AccountWalletKey
    - `id` string, required — The account ID
    - `wallet` 'main' | 'margin', required — The wallet type

Withdrawal result

  - `success` boolean, required — Whether the request was successful
  - `error` string — Error message, present only on failure
  - `error_code` string — Semantic error code. See each endpoint's error responses for the specific codes it can return.
  - `deprecated` string — Deprecation notice, if applicable
  - `result` WithdrawalResult
    - `withdrawal_status` 'complete' | 'failure' | 'pending' | 'cancelled' | 'unknown', required — Status of the withdrawal
    - `withdrawal_id` string, required — Internal withdrawal ID
    - `customer_withdrawal_id` string, required — Customer-provided withdrawal ID
    - `hash` string — On-chain transaction hash (when available)

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request. The request was malformed or failed validation.
- `401` — Authentication required. Provide a valid JWT or API key.
- `403` — Access denied. The authenticated account does not have permission.
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded. Slow down request frequency.
- `500` — Internal server error.
