`GET /v1/topics/{topicKey}/subscribers/{externalSubscriberId}`

Check if a subscriber belongs to a certain topic

  - `_organizationId` string, required — Unique identifier for the organization
  - `_environmentId` string, required — Unique identifier for the environment
  - `_subscriberId` string, required — Unique identifier for the subscriber
  - `_topicId` string, required — Unique identifier for the topic
  - `topicKey` string, required — Key associated with the topic
  - `externalSubscriberId` string, required — External identifier for the subscriber
