Preview Report
Run a draft spec without persisting a report or execution history.
Powers the builder's live preview. Applies the caller's visibility and field-level security just like a saved report's manual execution would, so what the user sees here is exactly what they'll get after saving.
Returns the same snapshot shape as POST /{report_id}/execute so the frontend renderer can be reused.
