Metadata Event Stream
Stream metadata-invalidation events for the calling user's tenant.
Last-Event-ID is accepted for protocol completeness but v1 doesn't replay history — the client falls back to a full metadataStore refresh when it notices a missed event (via the monotonic version jump).
