List Mappings

List all active mappings for a (source RT) scope.

source_record_type_id omitted or null → default mappings. Response groups rows by target object api_name.

Read-only listing is available to any authenticated user — the Convert Lead modal uses it to pre-fill fields according to the configured mapping. Writes still require admin via bulk_save_mappings.
