Execute Report

Manually execute a report. Returns the full result snapshot.

Visibility is computed against the executing user (not the report owner) so manual runs respect the caller's access.

Optional body.window_overrides lets the caller replace the spec's relative_windows for just this run (the stored spec is untouched) — powers the "Run with…" UI so users can ask the same report for a different period without saving a new report.
