# Gets bundle of CareTeam resource.

`GET /CareTeam`

Fetches a bundled resource containing details of the Care Team members for the patient mentioned in the request.  
 
 FHIR Resource: CareTeam

## Query parameters

- `_id` string, nullable
- `patient` string, nullable
- `status` string, nullable
- `_revinclude` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Success.

## Other responses

- `400` — Unexpected error occurred.
