# Gets bundle of Allergy intolerance resource.

`GET /AllergyIntolerance`

Fetches a bundled resource containing the allergy/intolerance records for the patient mentioned in the request. FHIR Resource: AllergyIntolerance 
 *	Medication Allergies  
 *	Substance (Drug Class) 
 *	Substance (Medication) 
 *	Reaction

## Query parameters

- `_id` string, nullable
- `patient` string, nullable
- `date` string, nullable
- `_revinclude` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Success.
