Cancel a booking order that is neither cancelled nor completed

The booking order with specified orderId will be cancelled, if its status is neither cancelled nor completed.

IMPORTANT:

Calling this endpoint does not cancel a completed booking order, i.e. a booking order that is already paid. It certainly does not provide any refund because it can only cancel a booking order that is not already paid.
