`GET /transfers`

Retrieves a list of Transfers filtered by the given parameters. Transfers facilitate the movement of assets between accounts, enabling transactions such as payments and withdrawals.

## Query parameters

- `external_uid` string
- `pool_uid` string
- `synthetic_account_uid` string
- `sort` 'created_at_asc' | 'created_at_desc'
