`DELETE /libraries/{library_id}`

Delete a library; owner only.

## Path parameters

- `library_id` integer, required

## Query parameters

- `cookie_name` string, nullable

## Response `204`

## Other responses

- `401` — Missing or invalid authentication.
- `403` — Caller is not an owner of this library.
- `404` — No library exists with the given id.
- `422` — Validation Error
