Move the project's timeline head to body.event_id.

Browser-style: replays events forward or applies inverses backward until the live DAG matches the state at the target event. No new events are emitted. Subsequent edits truncate any 'future' events relative to the new head. event_id=None rewinds to the initial state (pre-log).
