List Gpus

List all GPUs in the cluster with their current metrics.

Returns real-time GPU metrics from DCGM Exporter via Prometheus:

• GPU utilization percentage
• Memory usage (used, free, total in bytes)
• Temperature in Celsius
• Power consumption in Watts
