Get GPU metrics for a specific NIM deployment.

Returns GPU metrics for each pod in the NIM deployment, correlating the pod's node placement with the GPU metrics from that node.

Args: nim_name: Name of the NIM deployment (e.g., 'openfold3', 'boltz2')
