`GET /api/v3/institutions`

## Query parameters

- `ids` string[] — List of institution IDs to filter by
- `limit` integer, nullable — Limit number of results returned
- `institution_type` string, nullable — Filter by institution type (e.g., k12_districts, cities)
- `account_types` string[], nullable — Multi-select institution types — applied as source_table IN (...)
- `states` string[], nullable — List of state codes to filter by
- `counties` string[], nullable — List of county names to filter by
- `cities` string[], nullable — List of city names to filter by
- `population_min` integer, nullable — Minimum population filter
- `population_max` integer, nullable — Maximum population filter
- `search_query` string, nullable — Case-insensitive substring match on Institution.name
