`GET /api/v1/alerts/templates`

Flat template library for the alert creation UI.

## Query parameters

- `platform` string, nullable — Filter by platform: 'snowflake' or 'databricks'
- `tag` string, nullable — Filter templates by tag, e.g. 'popular'
