`GET /api/webhooks`

Lists all webhooks for the authenticated organization

## Response `200`

List of webhooks retrieved successfully

  - `categories` string[], required — Event categories this webhook is subscribed to
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required — When the webhook was created
  - `id` string, required — Unique webhook identifier
  - `publicKey` string, required — ECDSA public key in PEM format for signature verification
  - `status` 'DISABLED' | 'ACTIVE', required — Webhook status
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required — When the webhook was last updated
  - `url` string, required — Webhook endpoint URL
  - `version` number, required — Webhook version for tracking changes

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — SignedAgreementRequiredException
