Request Data Deletion

Request deletion of all organization data.

This is a DSAR deletion request per GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and CCPA Section 1798.105. The request is logged and processed within 30 days. Once executed, this action is IRREVERSIBLE.

The actual deletion is performed by the delete_organization_resources_flow after verification. This endpoint creates the request record.

Requires ADMIN permission.
