# Tweet delete by Tweet ID

`DELETE /2/tweets/{id}`

Delete specified Tweet (in the path) by ID.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required — Unique identifier of this Tweet. This is returned as a string in order to avoid complications with languages and tools that cannot handle large integers.
