# Create a workflow

`POST /v1/workflows`

Creates a new workflow definition.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required — The workflow's display name.
  - `description` string — A description of what the workflow does.

## Response `201`

A workflow.

    - `updatedAt` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400` — The request body or parameters are invalid.
- `401` — Missing or invalid API key credentials.
