## Request body

  - `icon` 'star' | 'cake' | 'mail' | 'warning' | 'bell' | 'cloud', nullable
  - `name` string, required
  - `question_id` integer, nullable — value must be an integer greater than zero.
  - `source` 'collections' | 'question', nullable
  - `time_matters` boolean, nullable
  - `timeline_id` integer, required — value must be an integer greater than zero.
  - `timestamp` string, required — value must be a valid date string
  - `timezone` string, required
