Read Note

Fetch the full current state of a single note by ID. If the note is in trash, the response still returns the note and includes trashed_at. For discovery flows, use GET /v2/notes or POST /v2/notes/search.

Full markdown content stored for the note.

created_atstring date-time required

Creation timestamp for the note in ISO 8601 format.

idstring uuid required

UUID of the requested note.

request_idstring required

Identifier for this API request. Useful for tracing and support.

titlestring required

Current note title.

trashed_atstring date-time nullable required

Timestamp for when the note was moved to trash, or null when the note is active. Trashed notes are still returned by GET /v2/notes/{note_id}.

updated_atstring date-time required

Last modification timestamp for the note in ISO 8601 format.

versioninteger required

Current note content document version.
