List all installed plugins.

## Response `200`

List all installed plugins.

- Plugin[]
  - `id` string — Plugin identifier.
  - `name` string — Plugin name.
  - `author` string — Plugin author.
  - `description` string — Plugin description.
  - `home` string — Plugin home URL.
  - `status` 'Starting' | 'Up' | 'Down' | 'ShuttingDown' | 'Crashed' — Plugin status.
  - `logo` string — Plugin logo URL.
  - `version` string — Plugin version.
  - `updatable` boolean — Whether the plugin can be updated.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request.
- `404` — Not found.
- `422` — Unprocessable Entity - The syntax is correct, but the server was unable to process the contained instructions.
- `500` — Internal Server Error - The server has encountered a situation it does not know how to handle.
