# Retrieve Support Details

`GET /organizations/{orgId}/support`

Get support user details on the specific permissions applied and the date and time support access ends.

## Path parameters

- `orgId` string, required

## Response `200`

Returns Support User details

- SupportResponse
  - `id` string, required — The UUID of the entity.
  - `version` integer — The version number: - **Create:** On initial Create to insert a new entity, the version is set at 1 in the response. - **Update:** On successful Update, the version is incremented by 1 in the response.
  - `dtEndSupportUsersAccess` string, date-time — The Date/Time Support access ends *(in ISO-8601 format)*.
  - `supportUsersPermissionPolicy` PermissionStatementWrapper[] — The Permission Policies assigned to any support users when they access your Organization.
    - `effect` string, required
    - `action` string[], required
    - `resource` string[], required
