`POST /config/bgp/neigh`

Adds a BGP Neighbor

## Request body

- BGPNeigh
  - `ipAddress` string, required — BGP Neighbor IP address
  - `remoteAs` integer, required — Remote AS number
  - `remotePort` integer — Remote Connect Port (default 179)
  - `setMultiHop` boolean — Enable multi-hop peering (if needed)

## Response `204`

OK

- `400` — Malformed arguments for API call
- `401` — Invalid authentication credentials
- `403` — Capacity insufficient
- `404` — Resource not found
- `409` — Resource Conflict.
- `500` — Internal service error
- `503` — Maintenance mode
