`POST /config/bgp/global`

Adds a BGP global config

## Request body

- BGPGlobalConfig
  - `routerId` string, required — BGP Router ID
  - `localAs` integer, required — Local AS number
  - `SetNextHopSelf` boolean — Adds policy to set next hop as self, if enabled
  - `listenPort` integer — Listen port (default 179)

## Response `204`

OK

- `400` — Malformed arguments for API call
- `401` — Invalid authentication credentials
- `403` — Capacity insufficient
- `404` — Resource not found
- `409` — Resource Conflict.
- `500` — Internal service error
- `503` — Maintenance mode
