Add a new event

## Request body

- AddEvent
  - `details` string, required — Details of the event
  - `venue_id` string — UUID of the venue
  - `time` string — Time the event is run

Succesfully added a new event

  - `time` string — Time the event is run
  - `venue_id` string — UUID of the venue
  - `created` string, date-time — The date-time notation as defined by RFC 3339, section 5.6, for example, 2017-07-21T17:32:28Z
