Create or delete multiple linked employments for the leave policy

Activity name: <a href="https://developer.loket.nl/Activities/PatchEmploymentsByLeavePolicyId" target="_blank">PatchEmploymentsByLeavePolicyId</a> This endpoint enables the user to create or delete multiple 'linkages' with one call. This is mostly useful updating a larger number of employments for the given leave policy.
