# Properties info list

`GET /v2/properties`

Returns a paged list of all properties

## Query parameters

- `wid` integer
- `updatedSince` string, date-time
- `includeCount` boolean
- `includeInOut` boolean

- `size` integer

Success

- LodgifyApiPropertiesModelsV2PropertyListDto — Paged list of Properties Object.
  - `count` integer, nullable — Total number of items available. Only returned if includeCount = true
  - `items` LodgifyApiPropertiesModelsV2PropertyDto[], nullable — List of properties for current page
    - `id` integer — property identifier
    - `name` string, nullable — Name of the property
    - `internal_name` string, nullable — Internal name of property
    - `description` string, nullable — Description of the property
    - `latitude` number, double — Latitude coordinate of the house
    - `longitude` number, double — Longitude coordinate of the house
    - `address` string, nullable — Address of the property
    - `hide_address` boolean — Owner requested to hide address from public
    - `zip` string, nullable — Zip code for the property
    - `city` string, nullable — City name where the property is located
    - `state` string, nullable — Region name where the property is located
    - `country_code` string, nullable — Two Letters Country Code where the property is located
    - `country` string, nullable — Country name where the property is located
    - `image_url` string, nullable — Image Url
    - `has_addons` boolean — Boolean indicating if the property has available addons
    - `has_agreement` boolean
    - `agreement_text` string, nullable
    - `agreement_url` string, nullable
    - `contact` LodgifyApiPropertiesModelsV2ContactInfoDto
      - `spoken_languages` string[], nullable
    - `rating` number, double
    - `price_unit_in_days` integer — Price unit in days. This field indicates the number of days of stay the MinPrice and MaxPrice are So if we have a 30 PriceUnitInDays, it means the MinPrice and MaxPrice are Monthly prices If multiple prices per diferent periods are defined it will return daily prices
    - `min_price` number, double
    - `original_min_price` number, double
    - `max_price` number, double
    - `original_max_price` number, double
    - `rooms` LodgifyApiPropertiesModelsV2RoomSummaryDto[], nullable
      - `id` integer — Identifier of the roomtype
      - `name` string, nullable — Name of the roomtype
