# Route a transaction

`POST /v1/transactions/{transaction_token}/route`

Route a card transaction to a financial account. Only available for select use cases and programs.

## Path parameters

- `transaction_token` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `financial_account_token` string, uuid, required — The token of the financial account to route the transaction to.

## Response `202`

## Other responses

- `400` — A parameter in the query given in the request does not match the valid queries for the endpoint.

- `404` — The specified resource was not found.
- `422` — Unprocessable entity.
