# Get queue

`GET /v1/transaction_monitoring/queues/{queue_token}`

Retrieves a single transaction monitoring queue.

## Path parameters

- `queue_token` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Queue

- Queue — A queue that groups transaction monitoring cases for review
  - `token` string, uuid, required — Globally unique identifier for the queue
  - `name` string, required — Human-readable name of the queue
  - `description` string, nullable, required — Optional description of the queue
  - `allowed_resolutions` string[], required — Resolutions that can be recorded on cases in this queue. Always the effective list: the queue's own values when it defines them, otherwise the default list
  - `created` string, date-time, required — Date and time at which the queue was created
  - `updated` string, date-time, required — Date and time at which the queue was last updated
  - `case_counts` object, required — Number of cases in the queue, broken down by status. A status is omitted when the queue has no cases in that status
    - `OPEN` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `OPEN`
    - `ASSIGNED` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `ASSIGNED`
    - `IN_REVIEW` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `IN_REVIEW`
    - `ESCALATED` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `ESCALATED`
    - `RESOLVED` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `RESOLVED`
    - `CLOSED` integer — Number of cases in the queue with status `CLOSED`
