Use this call to change a transfer's status

## Request body

- WarehouseTransferChangeTransferStatusRequest
  - `pkTransferId` string, uuid — pkTransferId for transfer requiring status change
  - `newStatus` 'Draft' | 'Request' | 'Accepted' | 'Packing' | 'InTransit' | 'CheckingIn' | 'Delivered' — new status for transfer

## Response `204`
