`POST /api/RulesEngine/SwapRules`

Use this call to change the executing order of the rules by swapping them with each other.

## Request body

- RulesEngineSwapRulesRequest
  - `pkRuleId1` integer — The first rule id
  - `pkRuleId2` integer — The second rule id
