  - `pkRowId` string, uuid — Record row id (generate random)
  - `Source` string — ChannelName/Source (e.g. EBAY)
  - `SubSource` string — SubSource (EBAY1)
  - `Title` string — Item title
  - `StockItemId` string, uuid — Stock Item Id
  - `StockItemIntId` integer — Stock Item interger Id
