Use this call to get list of all countries

  - `CountryId` string, uuid — Country ID
  - `CountryName` string — Country name
  - `CountryCode` string — Country code
  - `Continent` string — Continent
  - `Currency` string — Currency
  - `CustomsRequired` boolean — If customs required
  - `TaxRate` number, double — Tax rate (null - will use system default tax rate)
  - `AddressFormat` string — Address format
  - `Regions` CountryRegion[] — Country region
    - `pkRegionRowId` integer — Region row ID
    - `RegionCode` string — Region code
    - `RegionName` string — Region name
    - `TaxRate` number, double — Tax rate
    - `fkCountryId` string, uuid — Country ID
    - `ReplaceWith` 'None' | 'Name' | 'Code'
    - `IsHomeRegion` boolean — If this region is home region
    - `TagsCount` integer — Quantity of tags
  - `RegionsCount` integer — Count of regions
