      - `StockItemId` string, uuid
      - `ItemNumber` string
      - `ItemTitle` string
      - `ScrapReason` string
      - `CategoryName` string
      - `Quantity` integer
      - `TotalCost` number, double
      - `CreatedDate` string, date-time
      - `UserName` string
      - `StockLocationId` string, uuid — Stock location Id, nullable as historically this filed has not been set and therefore some entries in the database may not have location against the scrap item.
    - `LocationId` string, uuid
    - `IgnoreConsumption` boolean — Consumption should not be recorded for this scrap request
