List Deal Vaults

List the vaults on a deal: the private Resources vault and any shared Deal Rooms.

Each item carries document_count — the number of documents the caller can read in that vault, i.e. exactly what the documents listing returns for it. Counted per vault (a deal has only a handful), reusing the same policy-scoped query builder as the listing so the counts stay consistent.
