# POST /v1/financial_connections/accounts/statement

`POST /v1/financial_connections/accounts/statement`

Retrieves an account statement for the given financial connection, account and date. This endpoint may time out so we recommend using a retry mechanism with exponential backoff.

  - `remote_account_id` string, required — The remote account id to retrieve the statement for.
  - `date` string — The year and month for the account statement to be retrieved in YYYY-MM.

  - `statement_url` string, required — PDF statement URL.
  - `request_id` string, required — An identifier that is exclusive to the request and can serve as a means for investigating and resolving issues.
