Clone a Workflow

Use this endpoint to create a copy of an existing workflow with a new name. The cloned workflow is created in draft status.

post/v1/workflows/{id}/clone

Path parameters

idstring uuid required

Unique identifier of the source workflow to clone.

Request body

namestring required

Name for the cloned workflow. Must be unique.

Response

Indicates that the resource was successfully created and the operation was completed as expected.

createdAtstring date-time

Timestamp when the workflow was created.

statusstring

Initial status of the workflow (always draft on creation).

versionstring

Version of the workflow definition.

Unique identifier of the created workflow.
