Archive a reconciliation context

Archives (soft-deletes) a reconciliation context by ID. Archiving flips the context to ARCHIVED in place and never erases its reconciled financial history; an archived context with children is valid. Archived contexts are excluded from the default listing. Use restore to bring it back to DRAFT.
