# Get SLA statistics

`GET /v1/reports/contexts/{contextId}/dashboard/sla`

Use this endpoint to retrieve SLA compliance statistics for a reconciliation context within the specified date range.

## Path parameters

- `contextId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `date_from` string, required
- `date_to` string, required
- `source_id` string

## Headers

- `X-Request-Id` string

## Response `200`

Indicates that the request was successful and the response contains the expected data.

  - `averageResolutionMs` integer
  - `pendingOverdue` integer
  - `pendingWithinSLA` integer
  - `resolvedLate` integer
  - `resolvedOnTime` integer
  - `slaComplianceRate` number
  - `totalExceptions` integer
