Claim the full claimable reward balance (referral + clan leader)

Creates a payout for the entire claimable balance — referral earnings plus clan leader earnings when the user owns a clan — paid as a single USDC transfer to the user’s primary wallet on Hyperliquid. The amount is computed server-side. At most one claim can be in flight at a time.
