`POST /local_plan_policy/lite`

Given a set of local plan policy IDs, get details about local plan policies in bulk without geometry data

## Request body

      - `id` string, uuid — A policy ID in the form of a UUID.

      - `type` string
      - `attributes` object[] — Attributes containing any additional details about the feature
        - `key` string
        - `value` string
