Update subscription for an event.

## Request body

- EventSubscription — Properties associated with an event subscription.
  - `regions` NotificationRegion[], required
  - `entities` string[], required
  - `channels` NotificationChannel[], required
    - `type` 'EMAIL' | 'IN_APP', required
    - `enabled` boolean, required
  - `enabled` boolean, required — Enable/Disable complete subscription within an event.
  - `name` string, required — User provided name of the subscription.

Response containing specific subscription details associated with an event.
