Retrieve the site logs for an entry point or user or all logs

If the request is successful, this endpoint returns either an array of kins logs or an array of user logs, depending on the input provided. If the UID parameter is provided and the "kin" parameter is null, an array of user logs is returned. If the UID parameter is not provided and the 'Kin' parameter is provided, an array of kins logs is returned.
