GET /evaluations/experiments/<id>/ PATCH /evaluations/experiments/<id>/ — edit the definition (dataset, workflow, evaluators, config). Blocked while a run is in flight so the in-flight run can trust its dispatched definition. Trigger execution via POST /runs/, not PATCH. DELETE /evaluations/experiments/<id>/
