`GET /api/v1/batches/summary/`

GET/POST /api/v1/batches/summary/ — Keywords AI extension for aggregated statistics

This endpoint provides aggregated statistics across ALL providers (not in OAI spec).

Returns aggregated cost, request counts, status breakdowns.
POST supports filtering (same as list view).
