Export places as CSV.

The CSV export is only available for logged in users with the role Admin or Scout.

This request supports the same parameters as the corresponding search request.

Contact details (email/phone) are only visible for users with the role Admin or Scout.

Information about who created the current version (created_by) is only visible for users with the role Admin or owners of this entry.
